Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino holds topping off ceremony today for HBG-designed phase II building expansion

The Seneca Nation of New York will be joined by Buffalo Mayor Byron W. Brown and leaders of the casino company this afternoon for a ceremonial “topping-off,” as the steel frame of the building reaches its apex, according to The Buffalo News. (more…)
