One Beale, a mixed-use development near the corner of Beale Street and Riverside Drive along the Mississippi River in Memphis, will be a new construction to include residential apartments, a hotel, retail & meeting space, Class “A” office space, and a public parking garage. The One Beale project design is continuing to evolve into an exciting development appropriate for the current Memphis market, with new office space as the key driver.
