HBG Design is a sustainable design firm focused on work within stable and growing core markets. Our clear succession plan is dedicated to identifying and elevating the talent already in place at HBG Design while guiding our next generation of leaders. Our proactive approach to succession planning celebrates and recognizes excellence in leadership across all aspects of the firm, both on the project and corporate side of the business.

Our ownership group is currently made up of eighteen individuals who hold key positions in design, project management and firm operations. They are complemented by an exceptional group of principals, senior associates, associates and employees – all of whom impact the strategic direction of our business.

We chose to implement an internal ownership transition plan because we were confident that we already possessed strong future leadership inside the firm.
